Creating and Using Style Sheets

lexiCan offers you the possibility to use style sheets for the creation of your article texts, as known from word processing programs. lexiCan comes with some of such sheets. For the use of style sheets please read the article Inserting, Importing and Formating Text.

To manage the style sheets of a project, click on "Modify Style" under "File"/"Information" area.

In the dialog box you will first see all current style sheets.

The style sheet "[Link]" is used for the formatting of links. The template "[Normal]" is of technical nature and can neither be edited nor deleted.

Using the buttons on the right you can edit existing styles, create new styles and delete unwanted ones. Changes will directly affect all texts whose format is defined by the respective style sheet.

For new style sheets, you can choose between two types. The "Paragraph" type always formats the entire paragraph, the "Character" type only formats specified character(s).
